This guide explains how administrators can manage Logistiqo licenses, change contract terms, view scheduled changes, and start cancellations via Administration Licenses & Users. Contract details, license adjustments, and cancellations follow specific terms, notice periods, and effective dates, with changes only applying at permitted times. Cancellation confirmations are emailed after processing.
Important:
License and contract settings can only be changed by users with the required administrator permissions.
Opening the License and Contract Management
- Go to Administration > Licenses & Users.
- The page shows your current Logistiqo contract, booked licenses, monthly costs, scheduled contract changes, and cancellation options.
Viewing Your Current Contract
In the Current Contract section, you can see the current contract details, including the active plan, the valid-until date, and the notice period.
This helps you understand which contract term is currently active and until when changes or cancellations can be submitted.
Changing the Contract Term
In the Booked Licenses and Contract Term section, you can choose between the available contract terms, for example a 12-month term or a 1-month term.
- Go to Administration > Licenses & Users.
- Select the desired contract term.
- Review the notice about the contract term carefully.
- Click Order License Change to submit the change.
- If you do not want to apply the change, click Discard Changes.
Important:
Selecting a different contract term counts as a contract change. New prices and notice periods only apply after confirmation and at the next contractually permitted change date.
Changing Booked Licenses
You can increase or reduce the number of booked licenses for the available license types, such as administrators, users, Android app packages, or customer portal packages.
- Go to Administration > Licenses & Users.
- In the Booked Licenses and Contract Term section, use the plus and minus buttons to adjust the desired licenses.
- Review the license overview, including used licenses, booked licenses, and monthly costs.
- Click Order License Change to submit the change.
- If you do not want to apply the change, click Discard Changes.
Notice about contract term:
Additional licenses become active immediately and are billed pro rata or from the next invoice. Reductions take effect on the next contractually permitted date. Selecting a different term counts as a contract change. New prices and notice periods only apply after confirmation and at the next contractually permitted change date.
Understanding the License Overview
The license overview shows how many licenses are currently used, how many are booked, and which monthly costs apply.
The Monthly Amount shows the current contract value based on the booked licenses.
Scheduled Contract Changes
The Scheduled Contract Changes section shows license or contract-term changes that have already been ordered but are not active yet.
For each scheduled change, you can see the current value, the new value, the effective date, and the current status.
Until the effective date is reached, the current contract conditions, license quantities, and monthly costs remain active.
Cancelling the Contract
You can start a cancellation from the Contract Termination section.
- Go to Administration > Licenses & Users.
- Scroll to Contract Termination.
- Read the cancellation information carefully.
- Click Start Cancellation.
- Follow the next steps to confirm the cancellation.
The contract can only be cancelled for the next contractually permitted date. After the cancellation has been confirmed, Logistiqo schedules the cancellation according to the current contract term and notice period.

After confirmation, you will receive a cancellation confirmation by email.
