This guide explains how to search, filter, and find records in Logistiqo. The same basic table logic is used in many modules, such as shipments, invoices, companies, vehicles, users, and other records.
Column Filters in Tables
Many tables in Logistiqo have search fields directly below the column headers. These fields are called column filters.
You can use them for quick searches inside the currently displayed table, for example by shipment number, customer, reference, location, driver, subcontractor, date, invoice number, status, or other column values.
When you enter a value in one of these fields, the table is filtered immediately according to that column.
Clearing Column Filters
If you have entered search terms in one or more table columns, you can remove them by clicking Clear Filter.
This is useful if several column filters are active and you do not want to delete each search term manually.
Important:
Clear Filter only clears the filters directly inside the table columns. It does not reset the module’s Filter Settings.
If you still cannot find a record after clicking Clear Filter, you should also check the filter settings.
Filter Settings
The filter icon in the toolbar opens the Filter Settings of the current module.
These filter settings define which records are generally shown in the table. They are more like a saved working view or default filter for the module and usually remain stored even after logging out and signing in again.
The available filter settings depend on the module. For example, in shipments you can filter by shipment status, shipment type, depot, department, time period, or date type. In invoices, you can define whether only current invoices or also already exported invoices should be displayed. Other modules have different filter settings depending on the type of data.
Important:
The Filter Settings are not reset by Clear Filter. Clear Filter only removes search terms from the table columns.
After a Logistiqo update, filter settings may sometimes be reset automatically. If a table suddenly shows different records than before, please check the filter settings again.
Shipment Status Filter
In Shipments > Shipment, the shipment status filter is especially important.
If you cannot find a shipment, first check the Shipment Status in the filter settings.
The option Live shows shipments that are not yet confirmed by POD/delivery confirmation and not yet invoiced.
If you want to find older shipments, invoiced shipments, cancelled shipments, or shipments that already have a POD/delivery confirmation, select All in the shipment status filter.
Typical shipment status options include Live, All, POD, Not Invoiced, Invoiced, Canceled, and Quotation.
If a shipment is not displayed, it is often because the filter is still set to Live. In this case, select All and click Submit.
Time Period and Date Type
In many modules, the filter settings also include a time period.
The selected time period always depends on the selected Date Type. For example, the date range can refer to the creation date, pickup date, delivery date, invoice date, or another module-specific date.
If you cannot find a record, try removing the time period or selecting a wider date range.
Table Settings
Use Table Settings to define which columns should be shown in the table.
- Click Table Settings.
- Select or deselect the columns you want to show or hide.
- Click Save.
This allows you to customize the table for your work and focus on the information that is most relevant to you.
Table Pages
If many records are available, the table is split into several pages.
Use the page navigation above the table to move between pages. You can also choose how many rows should be displayed per page.
If a record is not visible on the first page, it may be located on another table page.
Exporting Table Data
Use Export Excel to export the currently displayed table.
The export takes the current filters and visible data into account. If you want to export more records, first adjust the column filters and filter settings accordingly.
If You Cannot Find a Record
If you cannot find a record, for example a shipment, check the following points:
- Are there still search terms entered in the table column filters?
- Have you clicked Clear Filter to remove the column filters?
- Are the correct criteria selected in the filter settings?
- For shipments, do you need to select All instead of Live?
- Is a time period set that excludes the record you are looking for?
- Is the selected date type correct for your search?
- Could the record be located on another table page?
In many cases, the record becomes visible again once the column filters are cleared and the filter settings are adjusted correctly.
