This guide explains how to create and manage payment conditions in Logistiqo.
Payment conditions can later be used for customers, subcontractors, invoices, and other processes. They define when an invoice is due, whether cash discount is granted, and whether the payment condition is used for direct debit or cash on delivery.
Opening Payment Conditions
Go to Settings > Accounting > Payment Condition.
The table at the top shows the existing payment conditions. When you select a payment condition from the table, the details are displayed in the lower area.
Creating a New Payment Condition
Click New in the toolbar to create a new payment condition.
Then fill in the required fields:
Code: Short internal name or keyword for the payment condition. This helps you find it later, for example when selecting it for a customer or invoice.
Name: Main name of the payment condition.
Description: Text or description of the payment condition.
Days Until Due: Number of days after which the invoice is due. For example, enter 30 if the invoice should be due after 30 days.
Cash Discount Days: Number of days during which the customer can still receive the cash discount.
Cash Discount: Cash discount percentage.
COD: Activate this option if the payment condition is used for cash on delivery.
Direct Debit: Activate this option if the payment condition is used for direct debit.
Following Month: If this option is activated, the due days do not start directly from the invoice date, but from the first day of the following month.
Deleted: Marks the payment condition as deleted or inactive. The payment condition is not removed completely.
Saving the Payment Condition
After entering or changing the data, click Save in the toolbar.
The payment condition can then be used in the corresponding areas of Logistiqo.
Important Note
Be careful when changing existing payment conditions if they are already used for customers, subcontractors, or invoices.
If a payment condition should no longer be used, it is often better to deactivate it with Deleted instead of changing existing values.
