In Logistiqo, the Article Register is used to create and maintain articles together with their warehouse, storage, dimensional, and other relevant information.
An article is a specific good assigned a unique identification number for tracking and managing it within the warehouse. Each article can be assigned a unique Article Number and contain relevant information such as its name, article group, storage location, dimensions, weight, barcode, customer, and supplier.

Complete the required columns in the Excel file:
- Article Group
- Article Number
- Article Name
- Storage Location
Click Next and then click the upload area or drag the completed Excel file into it to upload the file.
Note: Creating an article does not add it to the warehouse stock. To add the article to a Storage Location and make it visible in the Warehouse Layout, process it as a Goods Receipt. For more information, see Processing Goods Receipt, Goods Issue and POD in Logistiqo.
Print an Article Label
Select the article and go to File > Setting > Print Label.
A printable label is generated containing the Article Name, Article Number, and corresponding barcode.
Email the Stock Balance
Click Email to open the Stock Balance email dialog. The email includes the Stock Balance and Load Carrier Excel files as attachments.
Enter or adjust the recipient and email information as required, then click Send Mail.
Delete an Article
To delete an article which is no longer needed, select the article and click File > Delete and click Delete to confirm.
