In Logistiqo, Storage Locations are used to define and manage the locations where goods can be stored within a warehouse. They can be assigned to warehouse areas and sections and used to identify where articles are stored.
Create a Storage Location
Go to Warehouse > Storage Location and click New to create a Storage Location.
Under General Info, enter the relevant information:
- Name
- Barcode
- Article Number
- Description
Under Storage Group, you can assign the Storage Location to a Storage Group.
Under Details, select the relevant Storage Area and Storage Section, and enter the Shelf Load and the number of Storage Spaces.
Under Settings, enable the applicable options:
- Automatic Storage Location Determination
- Blocked
- Not Included in Stock Balance
- External
- Visible in the app
- Inactive
Click Save to create the Storage Location.
Note: Once created, the Storage Location becomes available for use in warehouse-related workflows, including the Article Register and Warehouse Layout.
Print Label
Select a Storage Location and click File > Print Label.
Print Labels
To print labels for multiple Storage Locations, click File > Print Labels. Select the From Storage Slot and To Storage Slot. Select the size of the labels either Standard or Small.
Delete a Storage Location
To delete a Storage Location that is no longer needed, select it and click File > Delete and click Delete to confirm.
